Busy Beans isn't just a mobile coffee cart, it's a moment your guests linger over. From the first aromatic pour to the last satisfied smile, we bring café-quality drinks and warm, professional service directly to your celebration.

Whether it's a wedding, a corporate gathering, or an intimate private party, we treat every occasion with the same care: premium ingredients, spotless presentation, and the kind of attention to detail that makes hosts breathe out.

We hand-selected every piece of equipment, from our commercial La Spaziale machine to our precision grinder. Because the quality of the cup matters just as much as the warmth of the service.

Guest Count & Service Window

Your headcount and timing determine how smoothly the bar runs. For larger events or tighter timelines, we add a second barista to keep the line moving and every guest happy.

Menu & Add-Ons

A core specialty espresso menu is included. Optional upgrades: custom signature drinks, themed menus, hot cocoa or tea bars, custom branded drinkware. These add-ons are priced individually so you build the experience you want.

Travel & Logistics

We're based in South Jersey and serve events across the state and into DE, PA, and NY. Travel is factored into the custom quote.

Every booking includes a professional barista, our commercial La Spaziale espresso machine, a precision grinder, our self-contained water system, all cups, lids, stirrers, napkins, whole and oat milk, premium syrups, full setup and cleanup, and unlimited drinks during your service window.
We need approximately 8' × 8' of flat space for our cart and barista to work comfortably, plus access to a single standard outlet (110V/15A) within reach. Our cart has its own self-contained water system — no plumbing needed. We can set up indoors or outdoors and are happy to coordinate with your planner or do a venue walkthrough ahead of time.
Absolutely — and this is one of the most loved parts of booking us. We'll script a custom drink (or two) named for the couple, the company, or the occasion. Match it to your color story, your wedding flowers, or your brand palette.
For weddings and large corporate events, booking several months ahead is ideal — especially during peak season (May through October). For smaller events, we recommend at least 2–4 weeks. That said, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, so reach out and we'll do our best to make it work.
We serve events across all of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York. For events outside our standard area, reach out and we'll see what we can work out. Travel is factored transparently into your quote with no surprise fees.
We love outdoor events but require a covered, shaded setup for safety and to protect the equipment. We'll coordinate with your planner or venue on tent placement, and we'll work through any weather contingencies before the day.
