Inquiry Submission: Submitting a booking inquiry through our website does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.
Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Busy Beans Coffee Co. via email.
Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Deposit requirements will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.
Package Pricing: All package prices displayed on our website are current as of the last update date and are subject to change. Your confirmed price will be locked in upon booking confirmation.
Travel Fees: Travel fees apply based on distance as outlined in our package add-ons section. Distances are calculated round-trip from our base location.
Payment Terms: Payment schedules, accepted methods, and any remaining balance due dates will be specified in your booking confirmation.
Additional Charges: Any requested add-ons or modifications to your package may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before your event.
Client Cancellation: Cancellation policies, including any deposit forfeitures or refund eligibility, will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Rescheduling terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Busy Beans Cancellation: In the unlikely event we must cancel your service, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund of any payments made.
Venue Access: The client is responsible for ensuring Busy Beans Coffee Co. has appropriate access to the event venue, including:
Venue Rules: Services are subject to venue rules and regulations. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits from the venue.
Busy Beans Coffee Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel service in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that would make service unsafe or impossible. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund as appropriate.
Menu Selection: Personalized menus include up to the number of drink selections specified in your chosen package. Final menu selections should be confirmed at least one week prior to your event.
Ingredient Availability: While we strive to fulfill all menu requests, ingredient availability is subject to change. We will notify you of any necessary substitutions.
Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any guest allergies or dietary restrictions. We will make reasonable accommodations, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Service Limitation: Busy Beans Coffee Co.'s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Insurance: Busy Beans Coffee Co. maintains appropriate business liability insurance.
Guest Responsibility: The client is responsible for guest conduct. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest behaving inappropriately.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Busy Beans Coffee Co. and protected by copyright laws. Use of our content without permission is prohibited.
Busy Beans Coffee Co. may photograph your event for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise. By booking our services, you grant permission for such use unless you opt out in writing.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
