Booking & availability

Inquiry submission. Submitting a booking inquiry through our website does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.

Confirmation. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Busy Beans Coffee via email.

Deposit. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Deposit requirements will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.

Pricing & payment

Package pricing. All package prices displayed on our website are current as of the last update date and subject to change. Your confirmed price is locked in upon booking confirmation.

Travel fees. Travel fees apply based on distance and are outlined transparently in your quote. Distances are calculated round-trip from our base location.

Payment terms. Payment schedules, accepted methods, and any remaining balance due dates will be specified in your booking confirmation.

Additional charges. Any requested add-ons or modifications may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before your event.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Client cancellation. Cancellation policies, including any deposit forfeitures or refund eligibility, are detailed in your booking confirmation.

Rescheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Rescheduling terms are outlined in your booking agreement.

Busy Beans cancellation. In the unlikely event we must cancel your service, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund of any payments made.

Service requirements

Venue access. The client is responsible for ensuring Busy Beans Coffee has appropriate access to the event venue, including:

• Adequate space for cart setup (dimensions will be provided)
• Access to electrical power (standard 120V outlet)
• Level, stable surface for cart placement
• Protection from inclement weather if outdoors

Venue rules. Services are subject to venue rules and regulations. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits from the venue.

Weather & force majeure

Busy Beans Coffee reserves the right to modify or cancel service in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that would make service unsafe or impossible. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund as appropriate.

Menu & customization

Menu selection. Personalized menus include up to the number of drink selections specified in your chosen package. Final menu selections should be confirmed at least one week prior to your event.

Ingredient availability. While we strive to fulfill all menu requests, ingredient availability is subject to change. We will notify you of any necessary substitutions.

Dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any guest allergies or dietary restrictions. We make reasonable accommodations, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Liability

Service limitation. Busy Beans Coffee's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Insurance. Busy Beans Coffee maintains appropriate business liability insurance ($2M).

Guest responsibility. The client is responsible for guest conduct. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest behaving inappropriately.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Busy Beans Coffee and protected by copyright laws. Use of our content without permission is prohibited.

Photography & marketing

Busy Beans Coffee may photograph your event for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise. By booking our services, you grant permission for such use unless you opt out in writing.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our inquiry form, you agree to receive text messages from the Busy Beans Coffee messaging program related to your event inquiry and booking — including quotes, booking and deposit confirmations, balance reminders, day-of coordination, and review requests.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and booking activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send any further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
